Listing accuracy and prohibited content
Listing content
- •Photos must be of the actual property. No stock images or virtual staging without disclosure.
- •Price must be accurate. No bait-and-switch or hidden fees.
- •Location must be correct. Listings with false addresses are removed immediately.
- •Description must not contain prohibited content.
Prohibited content
- •Fake or misleading listings (property does not exist, wrong photos).
- •Duplicate listings for the same property.
- •Spam, phishing, or scam attempts.
- •Discriminatory language (race, religion, ethnicity, etc.).
- •Contact information in listing body (use platform messaging).
Moderation workflow
- •Reports are triaged by priority: scam/fraud (24h), misleading content (48h), minor violations (weekly).
- •You will receive an email if your listing is removed or your account is affected.
- •You can appeal moderation decisions via the verification appeal process or contact support.
Enforcement
- •Violations may result in listing removal, warning, or account suspension.
- •Serious violations may be referred to authorities.
