1. Acceptance
By using ZURIES, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Listing Accuracy
Listers must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about properties. Misrepresentation, fake photos, or misleading descriptions may result in listing removal, account suspension, or legal action.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not list or post content that is illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, or violates our Content Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts.
4. Sanctions
Violations may result in: warning, listing removal, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or referral to authorities. We may also withhold payments in cases of fraud or dispute.
5. Payments & Escrow
Payments are processed via Paystack and Flutterwave. Our escrow terms apply to held deposits. Refunds follow our refund policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
ZURIES is a marketplace platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
