1. Create your account
Sign up at ZURIES with your email. Verify your email to get started.

Individual listers use the free tier. For CRM, team, and API features, subscribe to Agent Pro (₦15,000/mo) or Developer Premium (₦45,000/mo).

Go to Agency → Create organization. Add your agency name, logo, and contact details. This becomes your public profile.

Upload your ID and proof of address. Verified agents get a badge on listings, increasing trust and inquiries.

Use List Property to create a listing. Add photos, description, and use the AI description generator for SEO-optimized content.

Add team members under Agency → Team. Assign roles (admin, agent, viewer) and manage permissions.

Configure your CRM pipeline stages (e.g. New lead → Contacted → Viewing → Negotiation → Closed). Use automation rules to move leads automatically.

Link deals to commission rates. View pending and settled commission in the Commission dashboard.
