How to create your first listing

1. Sign in and click List Property in the header.

2. Choose whether the property is for sale or rent.

3. Add photos — at least 3 recommended. Use clear, well-lit images of the actual property.

4. Fill in details: location, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type.

5. Use the AI description generator for SEO-optimized text, or write your own.

6. Submit. Your listing will go live after a quick review.
